Yoga::Meditation::

Yoga has been a passion of my for many years now. I do half an hour or so of yoga every day and I have to say it has made all the difference to my life. I just can't begin to describe how good it has made me feel. Whenever I have particular problem, I know I can take it to my mat, and, while I might not find the answer, I know that eventually the solution will present itself and that come what may, I will feel calmer, more centered and more balanced once I have spent time focusing on my practice. I am also fortunate to be able to take a class most weeks, with the best yoga teacher in the world ever (in my opinion) - and she gives the most awesome massages into the bargain.

Out of my love of yoga, I have developed an interest in meditation, and from this a greater desire to learn more about Buddhism. Although not something that I have previously encountered in my life, I am finding myself increasingly drawn to it, the philosophies and way of life appeal to me greatly, indeed I find that many of them chime with the things that I am doing already. I will be using this space to chart my journey, record my discoveries and see where this path may take me.
